Unfortunately, no one teaches us how to think!!!!!... From the time of birth till the time of death thinking continues, but we don't do the thinking. Thinking is not a physical deed/feature. There is a huge difference between the two thinking & physical. Any thought is prompted from within anytime, in any form, anywhere. What you don't want to think keeps on coming and what you want to think, you can't. So, therefore we have to learn how to think in the first place and that ability to think should be such that it gets us out of problems and not into problems.
