• Account Information: Email address for authentication (via Supabase).
• Usage Data: Anonymous metrics on feature usage to improve the app.
• User Content: Chat logs and journal entries, which are encrypted.

Your data is used solely to provide the service. We do NOT sell your data to third parties. AI interactions are processed using secure APIs (OpenRouter) where data is not used for model training.

We implement industry-standard encryption for data at rest and in transit. Your journal entries are private and accessible only by you.
